A Crystal Recipe for Anxiety

Yep we are in crazy times.. it’s more than just the pandemic.. it’s a massive shift of consciousness, we can feel it.. it’s heavy.. and it’s taking a toll on our bodies. I thought I’d share some crystal knowledge with you today because this really just works wonders. Here is my all natural crystal recipe for anxiety and stress.

Ingredients :

-Amethyst 💜

-Clear Quartz 💫

-Eucalyptus Candle 🌱

-Music 🎧

Laying down comfortably place an amethyst crystal on your chest below your collar bone. Amethyst helps with centering and balancing. It can also help protect you from negative energy and toxicity, and will soothe the nerves and heart, whilst also improving concentration. 💜

Below the Amethyst, place a clear Quartz crystal. This master healer crystal will amplify the energy of the amethyst by absorbing, storing, releasing, and regulating it. Physically, clear Quartz will help to stimulate the immune system and balance out your entire body. 💫

Use your sense of smell. The scent of Eucalyptus contains eucalyptol, which possesses anti-anxiety properties. 🌱

Use your sense of hearing. Simply listening to music can decrease your blood pressure, lower your levels of the stress hormone cortisol, and reduce your heart rate. 💗

Concentrate on the energies of the crystals, the present moment and your breathing, just for a couple of songs. Repeat as needed. I like to do this once a week. 🙏🏼💜💫

Holistic Home Decor Trends for Spring 2020 - Crystal ArtWork

2020. With the New year started and Springtime right around the corner, we begin to feel a sense of renewal. We begin organizing our spaces and making room for fresh new decor, to give the feel of a fresh start. In the past I would head over to Ikea or Wayfare in search of some manufactured inspirational pieces. Only to find that the next year I would get fed up. All the stuff that I, along with millions of others, had invested in, lost its value and sense of purpose. I was guilty of being a typical consumer or manufactured goods.

It was only in the last few years where I realized that something felt wrong. And so I geared away from the world of manufactured goods and slowly began to experiment with things that were made by real people. Not machines. I purchased eggs from a local farmer, and found the taste changed completely. I began eating real fruit instead of popping vitamins. I began buying some clothing (not all Im still working on this) from local designers and found that I kept the clothes a lot longer and took better care of them. I began planting plants instead of buying them and found that they actually lived and I didn't kill them within the first week! I could go on, but the point is this...

"With every hand made creation comes real energy, and purpose.

The energy and intent of a person is put into his or her creations! I believe there is a soul link between every person and what they do. Wether it be food, clothing, furniture, art etc... The phrase "Made with love" is true. You can feel and taste it when someone serves your that homemade dish. And the same goes for everything else.

The thing that really struck me was this. I always told myself that

"Everything happens for a reason."

I asked myself.... What is the reason and purpose behind the sales of these big manufacturing companies? Is the intent behind these creations done for passion? For love? I think we all know the answer.
